Jack,
Get a copy of Eastwood's latest catalog (http://www.eastwoodcompany.com).
They have many new powdercoating colors in addition to the standard "shiny"
colors. They now have crackles, webs and a metal flake? option call prism
powder. I am sure one or a combination of their colors are what your are
seeing.
