Bob,
On one crankshaft nut I removed I had no access to compressed
air,so I borrowed an electric impact gun (they can be rented) and
thought I was going to break it before the nut finally came loose. The
only heat I had was a propane hand torch.I think it's the Bentley
manual that says to heat the nut with a torch and let it cool 3
times,then use an impact gun.
