Toyota conversion

I remember back from the old Prodigy "Triumph Lovers" days a guy named
Pagels from California (I think) mentioned having done several
conversions using
Toyota engines.  I unsuccessfully tried to track him down a couple of
years ago as
he had wrote that he had detailed plans available for the asking.
