Sorry to hear about the damage. That's a constant worry of mine. Kinda
reminds me of my new alarm system. I remove the wire to the points. Who
the hell is going to think to look for a wire between the dizzy and the
ignition other than high tension (beside you all). I picked up one of those
old alarms that comprise a motor with a squirrel cage that whistles. One of
my future projects is to hook it up to an ignition live wire via an On/Off
Switch. Enter punks, ignition jumped, and wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Enter 1
really pissed off Italian with a baseball bat. No-one has those alarms
anymore around here (NY). I'll be certain that it's mine.

Subject: Ignition switch connections...
Some neighborhood kids broke into my Spit and disconnected all of the wires
from my ignition switch (they were trying to hotwire it, too bad they didn't
use the key on the seat, they would have found out it wouldn't start a lot
quicker<g>). I can't find my diagram that shows where all of the wires
attach, can anyone email a picture of the ignition switch with wires
attached, or a wiring diagram? It's for a '68 Spit. Thanks.
