I've run into this with my 1980 Spitfire. I don't know how Triumph did it, but I suspect they used some rather special hoses. I solved the problem by using a hose that fit the larger of the two fittings, and then sleeving the smaller end with some sections from a smaller hose that fit the smaller fitting. It's worked well for me so far. |
