The Bentley is good, but it is written primarily for the
mechanics in (former) Triumph dealerships.
The Haynes book is written for DIY owners, and sometimes
points out things that would be too general or obvious
to appear in the Bentley book.
Actually, the Bentley book has a lot of obvious stuff, mostly
for the sake of completeness.
E.g.:
Removal of Thingamajig:
1: Remove the two bolts holding the Thingamjig in place.
2: Lift the Thingamajig away from the Whatchamacallit.
I own both a Haynes and a Bentley, actually.
My favorite is an old British book I found in
a used bookstore: "Autobook Spitfire MK III MK IV Owner's
Workshop Manual". It is thin, but has lots of useful info per page.
If you should ever stumble across a factory parts book for your model, buy it!
