Hello Fellow listers I recently put a used 4 to 1 header on my 80 spit, now I have a really bad occasional banging when it hits the frame, on bumps or when driving hard, it's really annoying the heck out of me, I see there isn't much clearance between the header and the outer frame, is there any way to put some kind of heat resistant material there to act as a cushion? Im wondering how good the Rimmer header fits down there too? I'd hate to invest in a good head to still have this problem, Cheers Gerry 80 spit and enjoying the hell out of it! Honey Brook, PA |
