Hi Brad,

I've got one better I went to an all marque show here on the central
coast of Ca. with my 65 MKII. They had the MGs in about 6 different
classes A's, B's, C's, chrome bumper, rubber bumper, and broke down to
production years. But they lumped ALL the Triumphs into one class! While
I didn't go to win specifically, how could I compete with totally different
models. I still enjoyed the camaraderie of the British owners. I just
chalked it up to the club sponsoring the event knew nothing about Triumphs,
let alone Spitfires, but was fanatical about MG's LOL
