Electric Tach conversion

Hi all listers!  I have heard from others that there
is a company that will convert the mechanical tachs to
electrical.  I would love to do this because of the
obvious wear in the gauge.  I could put an auto meter
gauge in but I would like to keep the original look. 
Does anyone have any ideas about this company?
