Wiring Harness

I am looking to buy a new complete wiring harness for a '74 spitfire.  Since
Quality at VB/Moss/TRF seems to vary from part to part depending on origin
of manufacturer, I was hoping somebody has personal experience with a
particular companies harnesses.  I do not want to waste my money on junk.

Anybody out there completely replaced a harness and can give me some insight
on the quality?

Also '74 spit/'77 engine, buy a '74 harness, right?
