I've been on the list for a minute and around former brits for a while but I have YET to get use to the different terms we use, for example: Bushes are what are in front of the house and not on the car, Bonnets are on a lady's head not over my engine, Boots are on my feet and not hiding my luggage (I don't have a rack, I'm not female). But then I guess the brits could say a Hood is what you find in the seedy part of town. Michael |
