I used to sell the things, and all I can say is this:
1. Teflon is a solid.
2. Dupont refused to sell its own Teflon to Slick 50, citing their findings
that it had no beneficial impact on the longevity of an engine. Slick 50
buys theirs somewhere else.
3. Some people swear by it. Their engines do not explode.
My determination: It's a placebo.
