Well, after the oil filter fiasco, I got everything back together, and the
Spit runs real well now.

One question, how do I prevent the dashpot oil from leakin' out on a
Stromberg 150CDT carb? it seems to always leak out into oblivion.

The engine sounds kinda gurgly, but I didnt notice any leaks or anyhting
like that. I wonder if its the metal pipe union to the exhaust manifold
actin' up.
