Hey all, I'm planning on doing the front brakes on the spit next week, and
while I'm at it, I want to check what settings the konis are at(installed by
PO).
if they're at the softest setting, is there any advantage to firming them up
one, and not the rear shocks? Will this improve cornering or cause the tail
to come out?
Also, I'd like to oil the front trunnions myself, but can't find anything to
inject gear oil with(they do need gear oil, not grease). Does anybody have
anything that works for them? I don't have access to a compressor at all so
it needs to be a hand operated thing. I wasn't sure if oil came in
cartridged like grease does.
Thanks,
