My 76 has a sticker on the driver's side door column that reads "NO
CATYLIST". If you have a 76 you should not need one, at least that was the
Virginia inspectors conclusion. It was carefully NOT painted over.

I was looking through the list archives and saw some mentions of adapting
the
Catalytic converter from a Ford Escort to a Spitfire, but was unable to
locate
any real information. I have to add back all of the (and I mean ALL) of the
emissions stuff a PO removed from the engine and would appreciate not having
to
buy a limited production unit from VB. In fact, the car is currently
sporting a
1500 from a Midget (FP engine number).

Can anyone point me to a good source of such information?
