Sign on to Spitfire mail?

How do you sign on to spitfire mail, I want to send procedure to some
people that emailed me from my web site.  I also want to add it to my
web site.   Every one with web sites should add it to their web site
also.

I find there are spitfire enthusiasts that don't know about the web ring
nor the Spitfire mail list.  we should all try to get them on board
