Well.... I guess from the replies that I've gotten, it looks like I will be
having a party with the trunnion and a hacksaw. Thanks to everyone for their
help. But now the reply from Jeff brings up a point that has gotten me
thinking. Has anyone else heard this about chroming? I saw a 1500 last year
that had chromed A-Arms, and it did look good, but although this isn't my
daily driver, I would like to know that I can jump in and go somewhere
without risking the car and myself. Any comments???

Thanks again....

Alan
