If you mean the trim piece on the lip of the trunk lid and all
around the rear valance, it was chrome in 72. I <believe>
that the chrome/black-out combo was standard in 71 and
72 and replaced by black chrome/body color combo with
the 1500 in 73. Andy Mace, are you out there? 8-)
