Greetings: I take an old broomstick or wooden dowel slightly smaller than the tube. Insert, bang the bottom of the broomstick on concrete while holding the steering tube and out they come. Insertion is merely pushing them in place making sure the tabs are in the right position. WD40 also helps. Bill Brockschmidt |
