My rule isn't exactly when to put the top down, but when to put it up-40o
and heavy rain-up. 40o and dry-still down! 40o and high winds-if I can feel
my nose-down. If my ears start to flutter inside-and I'm stopped  and/or  I
can't hear the siren on that fire engine next to me-up!
