Wanted: Vacuum advance

Hello all;

I am in need of a vacuum advance assembly for my '79 Spitfire.  Mine broke
off again (note to self: NEVER adjust the timing by using the vacuum advance
mechanism to rotate the distributor!!).

By the way, are these really needed?  I live in a state where they take
emissions testing VERY seriously (Oregon).
