Well, I guess I was right in diagnosing the lighting ground problem.   The
only problem with the dash now is that the turn indicator works pretty
sporadically.  There's no problem with the connector, bulb or wiring as far
as I can tell.  That only leads me to one possible culprit -- the flasher
relay.  Make sense?
