Black Plastic Spitfire Dash

Hi All
    Anyone have one of these in their Spitfire?   What year does it come
out of?

I need to get a headlight switch that fits, mine is too w  i  d  e  .


Also,  What is the green light to the left of the speedo?
            What warning light goes directly above the light switch?
