i have saved a number of tr dash boards....alot of times only the varnish is cracked and ugly. in this cash if you remove the dash and carefully peel off the varnish with an exacto knife, heated with a hair dryer. then lightly sand the wood, glue down any spots of wood that are lifted (squeeze glue under veneer so it doesn't show). then varnish. you can also stain first and darken it up some if you want ....goes great with the moto lita wood wheel. geo |
