delinquent payment

Hi listers,
        Well, I finally got my money from the guy (Nick Durham of 
Cincinnatti to be precise) for the motor he never delivered. I haven't 
cashed the cheque yet though (fingers crossed).  Thanks to all of you 
who helped chase the guy and offered suggestions.

        It took many emails, 3 phone calls to his MOTHER, and a final 
threatening letter with a deadline.  The cheque arrived Monday.

Now I feel better.
