Another o/d question

I'm back with another o/d compatibility question.  This o/d comes complete,
with a transmission, driveshaft (bent) and a diffy(whines) from a 1970 GT-6+.
What are the differences between the GT-6 tranny and the one in my '77
Spitfire.  Will the tranny bolt on to my 1500 or will I need to do some
adaptation?
