For a triumph club in Chicago try ISOA.  Their website is

find out more from them directly.

For a decent looking car cover, try Rimmer brothers in the UK
http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk  they have a tailor fit car cover for the
spitfire  (part number RL1421)
