My experiences with the roadster factory are terrible and I will never deal
with
them again. I went there in person and the parts that I got there worked
great
When they had to backorder a fiew itemsis when I ran into trouble. They had
to
backorder a set of keyfobs. When I recieved the shipment it had a front end
rebuild kit that I had picked up in person when I made the order. I shiped
it back
after talking to them and they agreed to pay for shipping. the original
order was in
June 98. In July after waiting for a year for my backorder I told them to
cancel my
acount and send me a refund. The person on the phone seemed helpfull and
said
that it would be taken care of and sent out right away. here it is the
first of
december and I havent heard from them yet. The roadster factory does have
some
good parts but lousy service. Ii wouldn't reccomend them to anyone. Good
luck with
your backorder. I hope your experience with them isn't as bad as mine
