Don't get me started on that one!
When I was restoring Huxley, I ordered a bunch of Interior items from
them in October to take advantage of some special discounts and free
shipping. By May I still had no Seat covers after repeated calls asking
for some idea when they would be in. The short story was, "Nobody
knows".
I ended up canceling the order and calling BPNW where the covers were in
stock and 20 bucks cheaper.
The moral of the story is: Now I always ask for price and AVAILABILITY
before placing an order. If it isn't in stock, I get it elsewhere.
