Tire Pump parts No LBC content

While on the trail of the "I know where there is one of those in a barn",
btw there wasn't, I found a neat old Tire pump, US military W.W.II vintage.
It is in great shape with the exception of the seal inside the tube to force
air into the tire.  Does anyone have a source for repair parts, or is it
figure out what works, and make it?  Thanks Chris
