Yikes,
I guess I was spoiled. Years ago, I worked as a
machinist in a factory. When I needed some of these
lugnuts in a hurry, I just took some 5/8" stainless
hex bar stock and made them up on the lathe.
It was extremely easy: cut, true the ends, machine the
shank, drill and tap, cut the bevel, polish.
I used thick steel washers from stock under the heads.
With all the folks who need these, maybe a group buy
is in order
