Gear Oil

   Hi folks,
   I'm ready to refill my tranny with gear oil, but am
unsure of the procedure.  Someone mentioned on the
list a few days ago that they had to use a pump and
fill from the side, I think.
   I have located a square nut on the right side of
the gearbox. (1974 1500).  I assume that this is the
filler opening and that I will also have to use a
pump.
   Can anyone give me more information on this?  What
sort of pump, how do I know when its full, etc?
