Hello List!
Work has finally afforded me the opportunity to respond to a post for the
first time in a couple of months...
Kirk, I run the 160. Like you, during the cold mornings I have noticed the
temp gauge only up 20-25% on the highway. I'm planning on switching back to
the 190 when I put the spit away for the winter, so I have it in for the
first cool weather drive in the spring.
Thanks for letting us know what a drastic change your recore made. Did you
take this to a standard rad. shop, or did you need a specialist? Sounds
like a winter project for me, too!
