Now you folks back East, don't feel bad.  Having lived in Upstate NY, Fla, Va,
RI, Ca, Tenn, East Tx, West Tx, and travelled the 48s I can tell you there is no
"perfect" place.    We'll be paying next summer for our mild winter in the
desert.
