Special Car Journal this month has a short blurb about the Triumph Spitfire
notated in it's article "Classics of the Future: A look at ten vehicles
destined to become collectibles."
Specifically, it mentions the Spitfire mark 1&2. But I think there's a wide
enough spot light that all the spitfire owners can take some pride in the
recognition. Just don't pull any muscles patting yourselves on the back.
(They also listed the Ford Bronco as one of the 10.)
