NO, Jim, the pads for the Spitfire 4 (a.k.a. MKI), MKII and MKIII are rectangular in shape where the MKIV and 1500 pads are more triangular (or trapezoidal?). And it's not just the pads - the metal pedal areas are shaped the same way. Also, the earlier pads have the letter "T" molded in to them and the later pads have the BL swirl logo.
