Decal Question???

I recently received my Fall edition of Moss Motoring.  On the cover is a
picture of several cars in front of a Spitfire (airplane).

There is a decal in the center of the windscreen of the MGB in the back
row.  The sticker is round and consists of concentric red and white
circles.  Does anyone know what this decal is?

I have a reason for asking and would love to know.
