Reid,
I used a very clean, straight, longish, flat putty knife - careful not
to scratch the wood (unless you are replacing it anyway). Slowly get
underneath the double-sided adhesive tape between the wood and plaque.
I used 3M 5x5 rubber-like, double-sided adhesive tape - I bought it at
Pep-Boys or something...
