Just a quick report for people who will be passing by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA
on your way to Portland. (This includes most people coming from the west,
south, and south west as we are located at the junctions of I80, I81 and I84.)
Road is clear from I80 north on I81.
There is construction at Wilkes-Barre, but both lanes are open.
There is construction at the junction of I81 and I84 but this is well
along and there do not appear to be any major delays expected.
