Spitfire Database Monthly Upload

The Latest update is completed.  Among the new stuff is a new MkIV
photo, new tips and a few new links.  The latest international link is
the German Spitfire Club, check it out.

And if anybody has a Spit not on the database, please go to the site and
register it.
