I have a clicking noise coming from the rear of my car only on decelleration.
It seems to be one click per revolution and only on decell. I tried to see if
any bolts on the shafts were loose - not - or if there was any play in the
shafts - not - or if the diff mounts were loose - not - I can't think of any way
to test it since the car has to have it's own weight to coast...
Does anyone think this is u-joints? Is there any way to check these ... or
should I just buy a used diff...

John Kipping supplies UJ kits with the standard circlips included and
an additional 2 'thick' clips to solve the clicks. Only a few pence
extra for the thick clips.
