more on the Allison ign

Further on the Allison electronic igintion... It is a XR700 apparently
still sold by Crane.  They list it as a 6V unit so I now think that the
ballast resistor should be in place.  However, I don't think the car should
have a 12V coil.  I think I will replace it with a 6V coil like the ones on
my other Triumphs with conventional points and ballast resistors.
