Low compression 2&3

HI all ,
    72 1396cc with single stomberg 150CD.  Rust colored and leaks Oil.
I started it up after 6 months and it runs well, no Knocks or tapping,
smooth idle. only problem externally are oil leaks.   I did a
compression test,
the horror, the horror . number 2 & 3 are low. here are the readings
with a warm engine:

#1 160
#2 110
#3 110
#4 165

    90% sure it is the head gasket.   Has anyone seen any other reason
for this?
