Sounds that way!!! :-)  Do you have overdrive, if so could it be the one-way
bearing in that thats knackered??? Just a guess really.......Hmmmm, also, always
worth a look, although pretty unlikely, check that the pulley nut is still on
the crank. I've had that come off before and it made a right noise!
