Hi all, Adjusters are fully backed out. Emergency brake is fully released. Shoes are correctly orriented per my notes and the manuals. Still can not get the brake drum on. Two things might help. How thick are new brake shoes supposed to be? What is the distance on the wheel cylinder piston to piston? any other thoughts or help with those measurements would be highly appreciated. Thanks, Keith 71 MK IV (I am sure of the year now) :) |
