I am putting my 80 spit back together and I have a mystery. I thought that
the primary (P) port on the master cylinder (the one toward the front of
the car, nearest the pushrod) went to the front brakes. On my car it goes
to the rear brakes. The only (not very good) drawing I have shows it going
to the front brakes. However, I can not see anyway that I could make it go
that way. All the pipes are coded with different size fittings so there is
no way to put it any other way round. The fittings on the MC are the same
size and could be reversed, but then absolutely nothing fits.
Any one have an 80 to look at?
