Mark, yes it folds all the way behind the seats, yes there is a cover for
it, yes you need to unsnap the rear snaps to lower it, and yes you can do
it will sitting it the car (however you will hate yourself for doing it and
it will take 1/10th the time to just hop out and pull it down the correct
way) and never lower it while driving down the road (unlike the really
cool hydraulic soft tops, this could have grave consequences).
