Keith,

I'd go with anti-sieze compound (liberally!!) between the bolt and the steel
sleeve....  otherwise in 5 years when you need to rebuild the trunnion
you'll be drilling the bolt out (been there done that).  What's typical is
that the sleeve will rust solid to the bolt... and the sleeve is larger than
the holes in the lower a-arm.

Don't forget to grease the trunnion end seals (between the two metal
discs/washers).
