Rick, you have a bad fuel inlet needle and are running too much pressure
anyway. Go to 1.5 psi on your fuel regulator. Also notice that when the
float reached the desired level, pressure must be applied to seat the needle
and prevent fuel flow into the bowl. This is not happening. Be creative
with your setup and you may resolve the problem without resorting to a
rebuild kit. (this is 5 years of ice racing a Ford Fiesta with an identical
carb, and more years seeing the same basic problem crop up in Stromberg
carbs!)
