A week or so ago, I wrote:

Results:
The half-inch was just what the car needed to prevent scraping during
normal driving. I tested my car at a dip in the road where I used to hit
bottom at 35 MPH. Today, I got up to 50 without touching.
At rest, the body sills are still a quarter inch lower in front than in
back. So, John Suchak, I suggest you lower your car no more than 1" for
street driving.
